Commissioned by Euro RSCG 4D Amsterdam and EURO RSCG Brussel, Refunk produced the NMBS Go Pass website. With the Go Pass the Belgium Railways offers young Belgium adults ten single 2nd class trips between two Belgian stations of their choice for a fixed low fare.
Visitors are invited into an online travel agency, where they can interact with two elderly and somewhat crazy travel agents, named Yvonne and Maurice, in a narrative video interface. They can also enter a start and an end station, which triggers the retrieval of a valid route from the NMBS route engine and generates a custom trip video.
