This is a very attractive 19th Century French carved walnut buffet. As mentioned in the condition report. It is a ‘barn find’ style, so the finish is commensurate with this. The base has been braced internally but is not evident from the outside which is as stunning as when it was first made. The top of the base has cracked and been repaired but is under the top cabinet, so cannot be seen.
There is a key for the top side cupboards and base drawers.

These are getting harder to find, especially as projects to either choose your own finish, or leave for the Faded Grandeur look.

Condition: This is a barn find. I have cleaned it, but have left the finish so the buyer can decide to restore or paint. Previous repairs have been made to the base.
