Every effort has been made to provide accurate information relating to the products featured on this website. Please note however that the colour of products as represented on this website can differ visually online to that in real life due to photographic and online publishing processes and the calibration of individual viewing devices over which we have no control. All product dimensions and weights provided are approximate. If you require any further product information please complete an online enquiry form.

Delivery Information
We offer a Delivery service for all orders placed on this website. Please note that delivery is only available to the UK Mainland. For international shipping enquiries please visit the contact us page where you can quickly complete an online enquiry form to ask us a question. Alternatively you can call Alastair on 07734 563626 between the hours of 9.00am – 5.30pm GMT Monday to Friday. Please note that the office is not open on UK bank holidays or weekends.

Once you have successfully placed your order with us we always aim to despatch your items to you as quickly as possible but please note that products sold on this website are not all stored at the same location and are delivered by different courier companies based on product size and weight. Subsequently you may receive your order in two or more separate deliveries and delivery times will vary depending on the products you have ordered. In this instance you will not be charged for multiple deliveries to fulfil your order.

Delivery information will be provided at the checkout before you purchase any products. If you require further information relating to deliveries then please use the contact us form or give Alastair a call on 07734 563626.

If for any reason you need to cancel your order please email as soon after you have placed your order as possible. If your order has not been despatched we will refund your order within 5 working days. If your order has already been despatched and you wish to cancel your order please follow our Returns procedure as outlined below. Please note that we can only refund the payment method and/or card that was used to make the online purchase.

As a UK consumer you have the right to cancel goods and services that you have purchased online under a ‘cooling off period’ of 7 working days as per the consumer protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Refunk respect consumer rights and operate with integrity under these regulations.

Refunk will always:

•    Provide clear information relating to all products sold on this website
•    Provide written confirmation to you via email confirming any purchases you make on this website.
•    Deliver products as described on the website that are of satisfactory quality and are fit for purpose.
•    Operate a fair cancellation and returns policy as outlined below

If you would like to return a product you have ordered on this website you will need to notify us in writing by emailing within 7 working days of receipt of your order.

To qualify for a full refund items returned need to be unused, in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Please note that we cannot provide you with a refund for products that have been damaged whilst in your care. On receipt of your email we will reply to you within 2 working days confirming your return request and will provide you with the postal address of where to send the items you wish to return. Please note that we will not cover the delivery cost for any products you wish to return unless they were damaged in transit before they came under your care. If any products are delivered to you in a damaged condition please reject the delivery and notify us immediately by emailing so that we can arrange a replacement for you. In this instance we will cover the cost for a replacement product to be delivered to you.

Once we have received your return we will email you to acknowledge receipt and will confirm if a refund is applicable depending on the condition of the product returned.  Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from the date we receive your return request email. Please note that we can only refund the payment card that was used to make the initial purchase.
